Campaign Questions

Will past building fund donations go to the new church?

Yes. Over recent years, we have raised over $2 million toward the Building Fund. The donations made to this fund will be used to build our new church home. This is only a portion of the ultimate goal. To raise the rest of the dollars, we need families to consider a sacrificial gift fulfilled over the pledge period.

How can I help?

First, we ask that you invest time in prayer; ask for God’s guidance in leading a successful effort. For the hands- on work, remember a campaign is a huge undertaking requiring the support of the entire parish. You can help ensure success by making a meaningful pledge to the campaign as well as serving as a campaign volunteer. If you wish to volunteer, please contact our campaign team at

How can I participate? Can I pledge over time?

Our campaign offers a wide range of gift opportunities to participate at all levels. You may choose a plan that provides you with flexibility and time to complete your pledge payment. Because our needs are urgent, we encourage you to complete your pledge over the three-year pledge period.

Is my pledge legally binding? Is it confidential?

A pledge is not legally binding. It is a meaningful and sacrificial gift. All we ask is that you do your best to fulfill your commitment and advise us of any financial changes that will impact your pledge. We will keep pledges as confidential as possible; only those responsible for maintaining the records have access to your pledge.

How will the campaign affect parish offertory?

Since we ask parishioners to make a campaign pledge that is above and beyond their regular giving, in the short term, we expect offertory to remain constant. In the long term, similar campaigns produced an increase in offertory by raising the sights of parishioners and their commitment to the church.

Are campaign commitments tax deductable?

Gifts to the campaign are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law. The application of such laws varies with individual circumstances. Donors with specific questions regarding tax deductibility should contact their attorneys.
